Performance Consultation

We start with a complimentary Performance Consultation to explore your driving aspirations and address any performance challenges you may be facing. Our experts provide tailored advice and recommendations to optimize your vehicle. These consultations empower you with insights that align with your passion for performance, ensuring we meet and exceed your expectations.

Pre-Modification Inspection

After the consultation, we will schedule a Comprehensive Pre-Modification Inspection of your European vehicle. This thorough 2-3 hour review evaluates your vehicle’s condition, confirming its readiness for the performance plan you aspire to achieve. This essential step safeguards your financial investment and ensures we fully understand your vehicle’s current state. An investment fee of $540+tax covers the comprehensive pre-modification inspection and the portfolio process.

Portfolio

Next comes the Portfolio stage, taking 7-14 days. Our experts will dive deep into the latest technological recommendations to ensure you receive the best parts at the best prices. If tuning is part of your journey, we collaborate with our contacts at GIAC to align our recommendations. Based on your initial consultation and inspection, we will craft a tailored portfolio of options just for you. We’ll then schedule a follow-up meeting to dive into the details and answer any questions.

Approval

Once you’ve selected your desired modification option, we’ll create an official estimate and send it to you for electronic approval. After you approve it, a deposit request for the special-order parts will follow. We will order your parts and provide a tentative schedule date, being mindful that some delays may occur. We are dedicated to selecting the most reputable suppliers, understanding that quality takes time. Our passion lies in ensuring your ultimate satisfaction with the results of your enhancements.

Follow-Through

Work will begin on your scheduled date, and we will provide an estimated completion timeline. Typically, the turnaround time will depend on the modifications selected. For larger projects, we advise planning for a 10-14 day period from your appointment date to accommodate any potential delays.

Quality control is our unwavering commitment. We perform test drives to the best of our ability upon completion of the work. Do note that testing for non-street-legal items must be done by the owner, who will report back to us.

Once your vehicle is ready, we’ll reach out to schedule a pick-up or delivery date and time. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery, marking the successful culmination of your performance journey.
