Great people! Took my 04 Miata in for a water pump, timing belt, and a few other items. They had it done on time and to the penny they quoted me. Additional work suggested but no pushy sale pitch. Highly reccomend!

Very transparent and timely about all repairs hadn’t had my vehicle in months and was worried sick about all the things wrong with it was reassured and wasn’t shamed by anyone there. I called a lot about all the things wrong and to check up on vehicle and they were super kind and very informative in all these my car. Great pricing on all the work and even was able to score some extra work on the vehicle with free labor which was amazing. Will definitely come back for all my car needs and refer any and all to them for auto work!❤️

I wish I could give 10 stars. Outstanding customer service, transparent communication and they went above and beyond to make the price as affordable as possible. I never felt pressured or like I was being sold anything my car didn’t need. Chris and his team were wonderful and after they saved the day by squeezing me in last minute to perform a repair, they saved me from future issues with incredibly affordable options… I will never take my Lexus anywhere else!

They were recommended to me by a couple of trusted friends and I am so glad they pointed me in the direction of Werner’s Elite Auto. I’m now quite confident in passing that recommendation on to others.

My Volkswagen was having major issues so I had it towed to Werner's. Brandy, Chris and the rest of their crew were AMAZING! They diagnosed the issues and were very honest with my options which I appreciated. Although I wasn't able to afford everything they recommended, they were able to get me up, running and back on the road! 100/100 would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone who needs work done!

My engine light came on a couple weeks ago on my 2017 Audi Q5. I called Werner's Elite and they had me bring it in that day to do a diagnostic check. The check came back with 3 different issues so of course I said lets get them taken care of. The team there is awesome and they had a person out on vacation and said that they could get my car taken care of the following Wednesday and suggested we leave our Audi there and not drive it so we did. Wednesday early afternoon they called to let us know our car was done and ready to be picked up. We arrived to pick up our car and we noticed right away that our car had been washed (we live on gravel so it was very noticable) we went in to settle our bill and of course the team there is so awesome they also wanted to let me know that they had parked our car in the shop over the weekend since it was a long holiday weekend. Those folks are awesome. A Big Thank You to the team there for the above and beyond service. So nice to know that they are there for us when we need them.

Found recently through a recommendation. They did great with getting our VW scheduled quickly and at a very reasonable price. If you need an import looked at, give them a try.

We own an air cooled Porsche. I had taken it to two other shops for a problem that seemed simple but they could not solve. I wasted time and money on those shops. I met Chris and Brandy at a Warren County Economic Development meeting. Brandy called me back the next day and we started talking about solving our vehicles issue. I dropped off the Porsche at Werner's. Chris called me after driving it and we had a very good discussion on what was going on. We came to a conclusion on a diagnosis. The part came in and was installed, the desired outlook seemed apparent, but Chris wanted to make sure. He drove in different conditions to simulate the previous problem, it was FIXED! After numerous previous attempts to correct it our problem was solved. Thank you Brandy and Chris for doing what you said you would do and not wanting to add extras. They are a no nonsense business, just how I like it.

Brandy- the front of the business person was amazing- answering all of my questions, letting me know if she didn't know the answers and finding the answers if she could.All wall remaining calm- call me in the process! I never give 5 stars or a 10.\nBecause I always feel like there's room for improvement, however , under these circumstances , I believe werner's Automotive deserves it

Service was great! Friendly staff would go back again. Better than going to a dealership that wants to over charge you and get you to pay for service you don't need.

These guys were great, for starters they were way lower on the prices, but two they take pride in the work they do. I will definitely use them again and pass there name on to anyone that is looking for a great mechanic shop.

Had a great experience with Werners Elite Auto! My van broke down with the transmission acting up on me just before closing time on the 3rd of July. I didn't have anywhere locally that would work on a Honda and I was stuck on the side of the road wondering what i was going to do. Luckily I was referred to Werners. They were so helpful! They set me up with a towing company close to them and got my van that night. They looked at it the first of the week and had me back on the road in just a few days. They didn't know me at all as I'm not from that area but they treated me like family and couldn't have had any better service. Thanks again!

Only once have I used a shop before in my life and that was a nightmare. Werner's Elite has restored my faith. From start to finish the staff was great. They got me on the schedule in a vary timely manner. Completed the job in the time they told me. I do most the work on my own vehicles, yet somethings I don't have the place, time or knowledge. To say I have confidence in Werner's Elite would be an understatement.

It's 4:30pm – they close at 5pm – and my Audi battery is D-E-A-D. I'd been on hold with the Audi dealer 40 minutes away for 5+ minutes and remembered Werner's is right here in town. I called and they were able to confirm they had the battery I needed in stock and would work me in today. I drove immediately there (after a jump start) and they gave me a comfortable place to sit and wait while they stayed late and took care of my battery and got me on my way again at a very fair price. I'm thrilled to find a competent and caring local service center for my foreign car. I came – they served – I bought the t-shirt!!!
