Support After Your Service
Your auto repair is backed by a 3-year or 36,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first. This warranty covers the parts and labor for the specific repairs completed.
Terms and Conditions:
Non-Transferable: This warranty applies only to the owner of the vehicle at the original service and is not transferable to a new owner of the vehicle.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse, neglect, or a lack of proper maintenance as outlined in your vehicle’s owner’s manual. Any unauthorized modifications or repairs to the covered components will void this warranty.
Claiming a Repair: To make a claim, you must bring your vehicle, along with your original invoice, to our shop for inspection. We will determine if the issue is covered under our warranty and perform the necessary repairs at no cost to you or provide you with an estimate if the item is not covered.
Maintenance: Warranty coverage does not apply to routine maintenance items (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations) or wear-and-tear components (e.g., brake pads, tires) unless specifically stated.
Customer Provided Parts: Outside parts are not allowed. In the case of an exception, warranty is not offered for parts supplied by the customer or for the labor involved in installing those parts. The quality of parts obtained from outside suppliers cannot be guaranteed.
